These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Shengci, a Chinese language learning app. By using Shengci, you agree to these terms.

Using Shengci

You may use Shengci for personal, lawful language-learning purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

Educational content

Shengci provides language-learning tools and reference content for educational purposes. We do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or suitable for every learning goal.

Subscriptions and purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and refund policies. Payment details are handled by Apple, not Shengci.

Intellectual property

Shengci and its original software, design, and branding are owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app except where permitted by law.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of Shengci at any time. We may also update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimer

Shengci is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shengci and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
